Our Commitment

Designable AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our website and mobile application.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are also the practical benchmark referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for digital services. Our iOS application targets Apple’s accessibility guidelines, including full VoiceOver support and Dynamic Type.

Measures We Take

  • Text alternatives (alt text) for all meaningful images.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks and ARIA roles for assistive technology.
  • Keyboard operability for all interactive controls, with visible focus.
  • Color-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA for text and UI components.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences on scroll-driven content.
  • iOS: VoiceOver labels, Dynamic Type scaling, and sufficient hit targets.

Known Limitations

Some AI-generated visual content (product renders, technical schematics) is inherently visual. We provide descriptive text and labels where feasible, and we are working to improve programmatic descriptions of generated artifacts. Certain third-party embedded content may not fully conform to our standards.
